Sir, I had a Gas leakage at the regulator point of HP Gas on 07.03.15 and to file a complaint contacted the service dealer in old panvel no.274830222, They were not picking up the phone at all. Not receiving call was a common phenomenon experienced by me earlier too in different occassions. Sir I also tried your no. and all the emergency nos.on the cash memos. However, u also did not respond, either the phone was ringing and nobody was picking it up or it was continuously coming engaged, Then after a long hour trial one of your contact ph.no.27458539 was picked and after hearing my story she sent a mechanic Mr.Vinod to my home within 1 hour and he suggested that I replace my gas stove knobs (3) to be replaced with a new one and for that he charged Rs.180/- x 3 + his service charge Rs.75/- (total Rs.615/-), so that there will not be leakage in my cylinder. he said that there is only six months guarantee for these knobs. Sir here I just wanted to know the exact charges you charge for all the gas accessories so that I will not be fooled by your mechanic. It is also requested emergency phone nos. that should be picked up by ur offices, should be made available on the cash memo which can be used exclusively for providing emergency services like Gas Leakage etc. Further your delivery man don't carry the weighing scale while delivering the cylinders and hence we customers are not able to get the cylinder weighed.
